Fit Body App is now available on the Apple Watch, compatible with Apple Watch Series 4 and above (or compatible with watchOS 9.0). You can now track your heart rate and calories burnt, helping you maximize workout focus and intensity!
Apple Health
Please make sure the Health app settings are up-to-date! Then you can click on your Profile icon in the top right corner, then in the Privacy section, under Apps and Services, click on Fit Body to select Turn On All.
The first time you open up the Fit Body App, make sure Apple Health has been opted in! This will be the prompt on the screen when you open up the app, ensuring your information can be sent over correctly.
