NOTE: Please verify that you have cancelled your Bodylura membership before submitting an account and data deletion request. We will not be able to fulfill your request if your membership is active.
To submit a request to delete your account and data, click on the 3 line stack menu option and go to Settings. Click on the Account Deletion Request and follow the prompts to submit your request.
Once the request has been fulfilled, it cannot be undone and you will lose access to the Bodylura app. If you choose to submit, please allow 1-2 business days and make sure to check your inbox in case further action is required.
