With Bodylura, there is a level of customization offered to allow this app to work with your schedule. You can replace any cardio days with an On Demand Cardio or Low Impact class.
If you are doing the Endurance or Shred programs, you can also pick a Cardio class to replace that day’s Endurance or Shred workout.
For Lift, there’s one dedicated Cardio + Core day, so you can always choose an On Demand Cardio or Low Impact class instead of doing traditional cardio.
